PHILADELPHIA, PA - Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation was honored to invite dozens of guests for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Philadelphia Phillies game on April 16, 2024.
Tickets were graciously provided by Schwarber's Neighborhood Heroes and the Philadelphia Phillies, who invited the guests onto the field to watch batting practice, followed by a personal welcome from Kyle Schwarber. The son of a decorated police chief and brother of a K9 officer, Kyle shared his experience growing up in a family of first responders and took time to talk to each guest in attendance. Kyle also took photos and signed autographs for everyone.
The families that attended are unfortunately all connected by the tragedy they’ve suffered, but also brought together by the Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation and by Kyle Schwarber’s generosity.
