Family Fun Ruck

The Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation held the first annual Family Fun Ruck on Sunday, November 12, 2023 during Veterans Day Weekend. The 5K or 10 mile ruck started at the Spring Mill Corporate Center in Conshohocken and participants traversed the Schuylkill River Trail for their selected distance.

What is a ruck?

It's simple! Grab a backpack, fill it with something (any type of weight such as a water bottle, sandbag, snacks, etc.), and take a walk!
