Strava is a free activity tracker that can record over 30 fitness activities, map your cycling route & even connect you with other athletes in your area. They do offer a paid subscription but you do not need it to participate in The Ben to The Shore Bike Tour. See below for step-by-step instructions for how to track your miles this year.

To record your activities, simply tap the Start Button near the bottom of the screen and you can track your progress in real-time
